*Luxury Residential Development Project*

Techplus are looking to hear from experienced Electrical Project Managers for an upcoming project, on a brand new luxury residential development in Central London.

Please note candidates must reside within the M25 and able to commute daily to site.

Technical Requirements:
Technically conversant with Electrical Installations including switchgear, distribution cabling, circuit wiring, fixtures and fittings and specialist subcontractors.

Responsibilities:
Managing H&S of employees and Sub contractors
Compilation of Risk Assessments and RAMS
Liaising with manufacturers and suppliers
Ordering of P&E in line with Programme
Hold weekly / fortnightly meetings with Sub contractors
Managing the MEP Programme and report weekly progress to the Senior MEP Project Manager

Qualifications:
Certification in Electrical Engineering
Training – SSMTS (Minimum)
Black CSCS Card Holder
Fire Aider
