* Luxury Residential Development Project – Central London*

Techplus are looking to hear from experienced Mechanical & Plumbing Project Managers for an upcoming project, on a brand new luxury residential development in Central London.

Job commences January 2021 to completion May 2022.

Please note candidates must reside within the M25.

Responsibilities & Duties:
– Managing the Health & Safety of our directly employed workforce and those of our subcontractors to comply with our client’s policies and procedures.
– Completion of Risk Assessments and Method Statements for work packages and review / sign off RAMS for subcontract work packages.
– Managing directly employed operatives and specialist subcontractors for the scope of work.

Technical Requirements:
– Technically conversant with Mechanical & Plumbing Installations including LTHW, CHW, BCWS and H&CW systems including fixtures and fittings and specialist subcontract work packages.

Qualifications:
– Hold a qualification in Electrical Engineering
– Health & Safety Training – SSMTS (Minimum)
– Black CSCS Card Holder
– First Aider
